Thirst is a Kuching-based startup that is known to serves healthy “Drinkable ice cream” (fruit-based milkshakes and smoothies, made with the freshest ingredients) which aims to replace traditional powdered milk tea.

A combination of Fruit puree and syrup gives Thirst’s milkshakes and smoothies its refreshing taste, without the use of any powder.

Thirst offers great value to its customers with its affordably priced menu compared to other products.

Thirst was founded in May 2016 after they saw people selling coffee on the streets and wanted to venture into the beverage business with a twist.

Thirst offers an alternative to the usual bubble milk tea, green tea or Thai milk tea that are currently very famous in Malaysia.

Thirst’s drinks are mostly fruit flavored and uses real milk or yogurt as its base instead of the powdered kind. Even the ice used in their drinks are made from real frozen fruits.

Thirst’s menu started off with 10 fruit flavored drinks but has grown to include more choices including a Vanilla Apong and Chendol flavored drink, which is one of their best seller.
